How vast is our universe? How immense is OUR galaxy? How can we ever tell? We can look and look and look in a vast macrocosm of constellations, we can guesstimate, but can we ever really know our own universal extent? Are we governed by one God, many Gods, NO gods? What is God in this day and age ... is it not just purely personal? Are we not liberated? Mostly I think, and very sadly perhaps not. Prayer for Mellie

Dear All, It is with great sadness that I write tonight from Portugal. I just found out that a beautiful soul with whom I shared a long yoga journey with in Australia some years back, recently took her life. My heart, soul, love, pain, and sadness all goes to Mellie, her family and close friends. She lit the way for many, now may she find rest and peace for herself. Namaste, Neo

Zen on Earth?

Sometimes we are lucky enough to find that place on earth that truly makes our hearts sing... gives us that immediate blast of feeling totally Zen.... at one with everything .... and totally ALIVE. There is a place on this earth I believe, for each and every one of us that we totally identify with, that is us, that completes us. I have often questioned the 'grass is greener' comment, but sometimes if our physical environment is not right then it really is a case of moving oneself on to the next… Continue

Baby Yoga

Well, 8 weeks after Sofia's birth it is still incredibly hard to get back into my practice. On many fronts, the extra weight gain during pregnancy does make it incredibly hard to move fluidly as before and just the sheer energy factor as soon as Sofia is asleep I want to sleep .... but it is still only just 8 weeks! Very strangely I have lost a huge amount of weight recently must be all the breast feeding we are doing, and I popped into Gaia - lovely alternative shop in the village to get some s… Continue

The Tranquil Sounds Oxygen Bar Relieves Stress

Effective stress reliever Tranquil sounds oxygen bar feeds your brain with both oxygen and music.

The Tranquil sounds oxygen bar is a gadget that is built to help you relax your mind, by feeding you both with oxygen and music. It works similarly to other oxygen bars, which pumps pure oxygen into your body, so you will get refreshed and released of your tensions.

Type 2 Diabetes: A Look At Natural Alternatives To Prescription Drugs

According to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration Wednesday, drugs designed to help control Type 2 diabetes, like the well-known prescription medication Avandia, should be subjected to more rigorous safety reviews to ensure they don't raise the risk of heart problems.
